The Inconel 625 Threaded Rod (often referred to as continuous thread bar or studding) is a versatile, high-integrity fastener component manufactured from the highly robust nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy, UNS N06625 (Alloy 625). Its exceptional combination of high strength, excellent fabricability, and outstanding corrosion resistance is derived from the solid solution effects of molybdenum and niobium on its nickel-chromium matrix. These threaded rods are predominantly used in the production of custom-length stud bolts for high-pressure flanged connections or as anchoring components in structural assemblies operating in extremely corrosive or high-temperature environments, particularly those up to 982°C (1800°F). Inconel 625 offers near-immunity to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in marine and acidic chemical settings. We manufacture and supply Inconel 625 threaded rods in various diameters and lengths, fully compliant with international specifications such as ASTM B446 and ASME SB446 and related fastener standards.
