Slip-On Flanges

Slip-On Flanges (SO Flanges) are pipe flanges recognized for their low initial cost and ease of fitting to the pipe. Zeron Fastners manufactures these components through the forging process. The flange slips over the pipe and is then secured by welding both inside and outside the flange bore, ensuring adequate strength for moderate pressure and temperature applications. They are widely available in various materials, including high-strength alloy steels for temperature service and corrosion-resistant alloys like Duplex and Inconel for chemical and offshore piping, offering a reliable, structurally sound, and cost-effective connection.
