Bellow Sealed Valves

Bellow Sealed Valves are hermetically sealed industrial valves engineered with a flexible multi-ply metallic bellow that completely encloses the valve stem, replacing conventional gland packing as the primary dynamic seal. Designed to eliminate fugitive stem emissions, Zeron Fastners manufactures Bellow Sealed Globe and Gate Valves for hazardous, flammable, explosive, and toxic media where even minuscule leaks pose severe environmental or safety hazards.

Our bellows are hydroformed from multi-ply Stainless Steel 316Ti, Inconel 625, or Hastelloy C276, and are welded to the stem and bonnet to endure high-cycle fatigue. Equipped with a secondary graphite gland packing for double safety, these valves excel in hot thermal oil systems (thermic fluid), high-pressure steam, chlorine, and vacuum chemical reactors.
