PFA Lined Valves (Perfluoroalkoxy Lined Valves) represent the pinnacle of corrosion-resistant fluoropolymer valving engineered for handling the most aggressive, highly oxidizing, and hazardous industrial chemicals where standard exotic alloys fail. Unlike PTFE which is paste-extruded or compression-molded, PFA is melt-processed and transfer-molded directly into internal body dovetail anchoring grooves, resulting in an ultra-dense, non-porous lining with exceptional permeation resistance, high mechanical strength, and translucent purity.
Zeron Fastners manufactures PFA Lined Ball Valves, PFA Lined Plug Valves, and PFA Lined Butterfly Valves in sizes 1/2" to 12" in Ductile Iron and Stainless bodies conforming to ASME B16.34 and API 609. Capable of handling concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, wet chlorine, hydrofluoric acid (HF), and ultra-pure electronic chemicals up to +200°C under full pipeline vacuum.
