Plug Valves are quarter-turn rotational valves utilizing a cylindrical or conically tapered plug to control fluid flow through straight-through port channels. Recognized for exceptional tight shutoff, low torque, and non-stick operation, Zeron Fastners supplies premium Plug Valves for handling slurries, corrosive liquids, abrasive media, and hydrocarbon gases.
We engineer both Non-Lubricated PTFE Sleeved Plug Valves and Pressure-Balanced Lubricated Plug Valves. With no body cavities where debris can accumulate, our plug valves deliver superior service life across sulfuric acid circuits, caustic washing systems, fertilizer plants, and high-pressure gathering networks. Available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy, and Monel.
