Three Piece Ball Valves are the most versatile and easily maintainable ball valve design available. Consisting of a center body section that houses the ball, stem, and seat rings, clamped between two pipe end caps by external tie-rod bolts, the 3-piece design enables fast 'swing-out' or drop-out maintenance without cutting welded joints or disassembling the piping system.
Zeron Fastners manufactures high-performance Three Piece Ball Valves engineered for high-cycle industrial automation, steam distribution, chemical processing, and sanitary pharmaceutical applications. Available with Screwed, Socket Weld (SW), Butt Weld (BW), and Flanged end connections in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (304, 316, 316L), Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C276.
