Strainer Valves are indispensable pipeline filtration components installed upstream of pumps, meters, steam traps, control valves, and sensitive instrumentation to mechanically remove entrained solid particulates, weld slag, rust, and pipe scale. Zeron Fastners manufactures heavy-duty Y-Type Strainers, T-Type Strainers, and Simplex/Duplex Basket Strainers designed for minimal pressure drop and easy maintenance.
Our strainers feature precision-perforated Stainless Steel 304/316 screens, reinforced with fine stainless mesh for sub-micron filtration. Fitted with bolted or quick-opening cover plates and threaded blow-off drain ports, our strainers allow straightforward routine purging. Available in Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and High Alloys for liquid, gas, oil, and steam circuits.
