Large Diameter Industrial Valves

Large Diameter Valves are massive, heavy-engineered isolation and control valves manufactured in nominal pipe diameters from 24" up to 120" (DN600 to DN3000). Designed to withstand extreme hydrostatic thrust forces, seismic loads, and high-volume flow velocities, these heavy-capacity valves are the backbone of municipal bulk water transmission aqueducts, thermal and nuclear power cooling water circuits, desalination plants, and hydroelectric dam intake penstocks.

Zeron Fastners designs and manufactures Large Diameter Double Flanged Butterfly Valves, Sluice Gate Valves, and Swing Check Valves conforming to AWWA C504, AWWA C509, and BS EN 593. Fabricated in high-strength Ductile Iron, Heavy Cast Steel, and Fabricated Carbon Steel. Equipped with heavy enclosed multi-reduction worm gearboxes, electric motor actuators, or hydraulic counterweight trip actuators.
