Flush Bottom Valves are custom-engineered discharge valves designed specifically for installation at the bottom drainage nozzle of chemical reactors, crystallization vessels, storage tanks, and autoclaves. Traditional valves create an unmixed 'dead pocket' where slurry, slurry polymers, or crystals accumulate; Flush Bottom Valves eliminate dead space completely by seating flush with the vessel bottom nozzle.
Zeron Fastners manufactures both Disc Opening into Tank (Upward) and Disc Opening into Valve (Downward) Flush Bottom Valves, with an angled outlet branch (45° or 60°) to facilitate unobstructed gravity drainage. Fabricated in Stainless Steel (304, 316, 316L, 316Ti), Hastelloy C276, and Alloy 20 with optional full steam jacketing to prevent solidification of viscous products.
