Ventilation Butterfly Valves (Flue Gas Damper Valves) are lightweight, low-torque quarter-turn throttling and isolation valves engineered for large-diameter, low-pressure gaseous media, ventilation ducts, and industrial exhaust lines. Designed without bulky elastomer liners, these valves provide smooth gas flow regulation across air handling systems, power boiler flue gas ducts, cement kiln dust collection, and chemical fume scrubbers.
Zeron Fastners manufactures Ventilation Butterfly Valves in fabricated Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel (304/316/310S), and Corten weathering steel up to 80" (DN2000). Features swing-thru or step-seated disc profiles that handle hot flue gas temperatures up to +600°C without jamming or thermal binding. Operated via manual worm gearbox, electric modulating actuators, or fast-acting pneumatic actuators.
