Unibody Ball Valves feature a solid, single-piece casting that houses the ball and internal seating components, assembled through an end plug insert. Because there is no central body split or bolted joint flange, the unibody structure eliminates external joint leak paths, provides extreme torsional stiffness against pipeline bending stress, and significantly reduces valve weight and overall envelope footprint.
Zeron Fastners manufactures API 6D and ASME B16.34 Unibody Flanged Ball Valves in Reduced Port configurations from 1/2" to 12" in Carbon Steel (WCB), Stainless Steel (CF8M), and Duplex. Certified Fire-Safe to API 607, featuring blowout-proof stems, anti-static ground devices, and ISO 5211 direct-mount automation pads.
