Cobalt Alloy Plate

Cobalt Alloy Plate is a flat product form of cobalt-based superalloys (such as Stellite or Haynes variants), characterized by thicknesses greater than 10 mm. These plates are engineered for structural applications in severe environments, retaining exceptional mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability at extremely high temperatures (up to $1800^\circ F$). The high chromium content provides outstanding resistance to sulfidation, oxidation, and hot corrosion. Cobalt Alloy Plate is critical for use in furnace structural components, gas turbine parts, high-temperature heat exchangers, and heavy-duty liners subjected to both high heat and abrasive wear. Zeron Fastners supplies these plates for demanding industrial and aerospace fabrication needs.
