Cobalt Alloy Plate
Cobalt Alloy Plates are thick, flat material forms engineered for structural
components, furnace parts, and hard-facing applications requiring exceptional
high-temperature performance. Zeron Fastners supplies plates utilizing Cobalt
Alloys like Haynes 25 (L605) and Stellite. These alloys maintain their
mechanical properties and hot hardness exceptionally well at temperatures
exceeding 900°C. They also provide excellent resistance to thermal fatigue and
oxidation. The primary application of these Cobalt Alloy Plates includes the
fabrication of jet engine casings, gas turbine hot section components,
high-temperature furnace baffles, and hard-wearing process equipment liners.
