Duplex and Super Duplex UNS S32760 Hex Bolts

The Duplex and Super Duplex UNS S32760 Hex Bolt is a critical fastener component renowned for its use in highly demanding applications, often alongside matching UNS S32760 Hex Nuts and Washers. Manufactured from the Super Duplex UNS S32760 alloy (also known as F55 or Zeron 100), these bolts combine a dual-phase (ferritic-austenitic) microstructure with a highly alloyed composition, including additions of Tungsten (W) and Copper (Cu) which distinguish it from S32750. This superior chemistry results in an exceptionally high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number , offering excellent protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and especially chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and sulphide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) in sour service. Due to their high mechanical strength—significantly greater than standard austenitic grades—these hex bolts are ideal for securing critical flanged joints and structural assemblies in oil & gas, marine, and chemical processing equipment. Zeron Fasteners manufactures and supplies these bolts in compliance with standards like ASTM A479 and ASTM A182 for bolting materials.
