Incoloy 825 U-Bolts and J-Bolts

Incoloy 825 U-Bolts and J-Bolts are specialized industrial fasteners, manufactured by Zeron Fastners, primarily utilized as pipe clamps or structural anchors. U-Bolts are bent into a 'U' shape and are indispensable for supporting piping against movement, while J-Bolts are bent into a 'J' shape and typically act as anchor bolts or restraining fasteners. The material, Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, which delivers outstanding resistance to a wide range of corrosive attacks. This includes excellent immunity to stress-corrosion cracking in chloride environments and superior resistance to reducing acids, making them ideal for pipe support and structural tie-downs in chemical processing, offshore platforms, wastewater treatment, and power plants where environmental degradation of support hardware is a major concern.
