Nickel Alloys Inconel 718 Blind Flanges

Nickel Alloys Inconel 718 Blind Flanges are solid disc fittings used to seal off the end of a pipeline, valve, or pressure vessel opening, primarily for isolation or pressure testing. Manufactured from Inconel 718 (UNS N07718), a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy, these flanges offer exceptionally high tensile, creep-rupture strength, and fatigue resistance up to $1300^\circ F$ ($700^\circ C$). Its remarkable resistance to corrosion in harsh, oxidizing media and chloride stress corrosion cracking, even when highly stressed, makes it critical for applications in aerospace, nuclear reactors, and high-pressure oil and gas systems. Zeron Fastners ensures these flanges are precisely manufactured to ASME B16.5 and other relevant specifications for reliable sealing in the most extreme service conditions.
