SS 310 Screws
SS 310 Screws are versatile fasteners used to secure components in assemblies that are subjected to extreme heat and corrosive thermal environments. These screws are manufactured from a high-chromium (approx. 25%) and high-nickel (approx. 20%) austenitic stainless steel (UNS S31000). The high alloy content gives them outstanding resistance to oxidation and scaling in continuous service up to 2000°F (1093°C). Unlike lower grades of stainless steel, SS 310 maintains good strength and stability under prolonged thermal stress and thermal cycling.
