SS 310 Screws

SS 310 Screws are versatile fasteners used to secure components in assemblies that are subjected to extreme heat and corrosive thermal environments. These screws are manufactured from a high-chromium (approx. 25%) and high-nickel (approx. 20%) austenitic stainless steel (UNS S31000). The high alloy content gives them outstanding resistance to oxidation and scaling in continuous service up to 2000°F (1093°C). Unlike lower grades of stainless steel, SS 310 maintains good strength and stability under prolonged thermal stress and thermal cycling. This makes them essential for assembling components in industrial furnaces, burners, heat recovery systems, and kiln linings where reliability at high temperatures is non-negotiable. Zeron Fasteners manufactures and supplies a range of robust SS 310 Screws, including Socket Head Cap Screws, Set Screws, and Machine Screws, tailored for demanding thermal applications.
