Cobalt Alloy Materials

Cobalt Alloys are a specialized class of superalloys engineered to withstand extreme mechanical wear, thermal fatigue, and corrosion at very high temperatures (up to 1000°C). Zeron Fastners supplies materials like Haynes 25 (L605) and Stellite for plate and sheet fabrication. These alloys derive their superior hot hardness and creep strength from a matrix of chromium and molybdenum/tungsten carbides.
