Duplex and Super Duplex UNS S32760 Reducers

The Duplex and Super Duplex UNS S32760 Reducer is a vital forging component designed to smoothly connect piping sections of different nominal sizes, ensuring efficient flow transition. Manufactured from the high-grade Super Duplex UNS S32760 alloy (also known as F55 or Zeron 100), these reducers deliver exceptional performance in the harshest environments. The alloy's unique microstructure and composition—enhanced with Tungsten and Copper—provide superior high mechanical strength and an exceptionally high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number. This combination makes the reducers highly resistant to general corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in aggressive media, including those containing high chlorides.
