Hastelloy C276 Couplings

The Hastelloy C276 Coupling is a small-bore, forged fitting primarily used to connect two pipe sections of the same diameter, or to provide a threaded or socket-weld access point on a run of pipe. As a key product from Zeron Fasteners, these couplings are manufactured from the high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, ensuring a reliable, tight, and corrosion-free seal. They are essential for applications requiring exceptional resistance to chemical attack, such as in instrumentation lines, sampling points, and vent/drain connections within Chemical Processing (CPI) plants, especially those handling oxidizing and reducing agents. We supply both Full Couplings (threaded or socket-weld on both ends) and Half Couplings (threaded or socket-weld on one end, with the other end butt-welded to the run pipe).
