Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings

Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings (UNS N10276, Werkstoff Nr. 2.4819) are a premium grade of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy fittings designed for severe operating conditions. This superalloy, available from Zeron Fasteners, provides exceptional resistance to the widest range of corrosive media, particularly in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, and is virtually immune to pitting and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Its low carbon content makes it suitable for use in the as-welded condition, which is critical for complex industrial piping systems. These high-performance fittings are indispensable in key industries such as Chemical Processing (CPI), pollution control (e.g., flue gas desulfurization), and sour gas applications in oil and gas.
