Incoloy 825 Couplings

Incoloy 825 Couplings are small, forged pipe fittings, manufactured by Zeron Fastners, used to connect two pieces of pipe or a pipe to a component like a valve, typically in small-bore, high-pressure piping systems. These fittings are made from the high-performance alloy Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), which contains nickel, chromium, iron, molybdenum, and copper. This composition grants the couplings exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive attacks, including immunity to stress-corrosion cracking in chloride environments and superior performance against reducing acids like sulfuric and phosphoric acid. Zeron Fastners provides these couplings in both Full Coupling (threaded or socket weld at both ends) and Half Coupling (threaded or socket weld at one end only, usually for branching from a large pipe) configurations. They are vital for creating leak-proof, high-integrity connections in severe service pipelines found in chemical plants, oil and gas, and power generation facilities.
