Incoloy 825 Slip-On Flanges

Incoloy 825 Slip-On Flanges are popular industrial pipe fittings manufactured by Zeron Fastners, known for their ease of alignment and relatively low installation cost. The flange slips over the pipe and is then double-welded (both inside and outside) to provide necessary strength and prevent leakage. These flanges are fabricated from the high-performance alloy Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), which is alloyed with molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This exceptional composition provides outstanding resistance to a wide range of corrosive attacks, including superb immunity to stress-corrosion cracking in chloride-bearing environments and excellent performance against reducing acids like sulfuric and phosphoric acid. Slip-On Flanges are primarily used in applications where cost and ease of fitting are priorities, generally in lower-pressure systems where corrosion and temperature resistance are still crucial.
