Tantalum Coating Plate
Tantalum Coating Plates are heavy-duty material forms utilized for lining,
cladding, or building highly corrosive chemical equipment. Zeron Fastners
supplies plates using pure Tantalum (Ta), which offers exceptional corrosion
resistance, particularly against concentrated mineral acids (e.g., sulfuric,
hydrochloric, nitric) below 150°C. The low thermal expansion and high density
make Tantalum plates ideal for robust barrier protection in critical systems.
These plates are primarily used in the construction of acid processing vessels,
high-purity chemical reactors, and thermal exchange equipment where component
failure is catastrophic.
