Duplex and Super Duplex UNS S32760 Couplings

The Duplex and Super Duplex UNS S32760 Coupling is a highly robust, small-bore forging fitting used to join lengths of pipe or to connect piping components. These are commonly available as Full Couplings (threaded or socket weld, used for connecting two pipe segments) and Half Couplings (threaded or socket weld, used for butt-welding a connection onto a larger pipe or vessel wall). Manufactured from the elite Super Duplex UNS S32760 alloy (also known as F55 or Zeron 100), these couplings provide the high mechanical strength necessary for high-pressure service and exceptional corrosion resistance against aggressive media. The high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number of the F55 alloy ensures superior defense against localized corrosion, making them indispensable in critical applications like chemical injection lines, vent lines, and small-bore process connections. Zeron Fasteners manufactures and supplies these forged couplings in accordance with high-pressure piping standards such as ASME B16.11 and the material standard ASTM A182 F55.
