Hastelloy C276 Lap Joint Flanges

A Lap Joint Flange is a two-component assembly consisting of a loose, backing flange (the Lap Joint Flange itself) and a stub end. This unique design allows the bolt holes of the flange to be aligned easily and rotated freely for simple makeup, while the media (fluid or gas) only contacts the corrosion-resistant stub end face. Forged from Hastelloy C276, the flange system offers outstanding resistance to a wide range of severe corrosive environments, including strong oxidizing and reducing agents. Zeron Fastners specializes in manufacturing and supplying these highly flexible nickel alloy flanges, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution, especially where piping systems require frequent cleaning or inspection.
