Incoloy 800 Blind Flanges

Incoloy 800 Blind Flanges are solid disk-like fittings, manufactured by Zeron Fastners, that serve a critical function in piping systems: they completely seal off the ends of piping, valves, or pressure vessel openings. The material, Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800), is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy celebrated for its resilience and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in environments up to 1100°F (593°C). These flanges are commonly used for isolation points, closing off systems for repair or future expansion, or during pressure testing of a pipeline or vessel. Being a non-welded component in its primary function, the Blind Flange is bolted to an existing flange, requiring high-strength bolting and a secure gasket seal for total isolation.
