Incoloy 800 Slip-On Flanges

The Incoloy 800 Slip-On Flanges (SORF) are a popular and cost-effective flange type manufactured by Zeron Fastners. These flanges, made from the Nickel-Iron-Chromium Alloy 800 (UNS N08800), are designed to slip over the end of a pipe and are then fillet welded at both the outside and inside. This design makes them easy to align and install, reducing labor costs. They are primarily used in medium to low-pressure applications where excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion is required, making them suitable for petrochemical, power generation, and industrial heating systems.
