Incoloy 800 Couplings (Full & Half)

Incoloy 800 Couplings are compact, high-pressure fittings primarily used to connect two pieces of pipe or a pipe to a nipple, ensuring a secure and leak-free joint. They are typically supplied as forged fittings in two main styles: Full Couplings (for connecting two pipes of the same size or a long pipe) and Half Couplings (which are threaded or socket welded on one side and typically welded onto a header pipe to create a branch outlet). Manufactured from Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800), and often available in the enhanced high-carbon grades 800H and 800HT, these fittings provide exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburization, and chloride stress-corrosion cracking at temperatures up to 1100°F (593°C) and beyond.
