Nickel Alloys Inconel 625 Blind Flanges

The Inconel 625 Blind Flange is a solid, circular metal forging with no central bore, fundamentally designed to terminate, seal, or isolate the end of a piping system, a valve opening, or a pressure vessel nozzle. As the flange is tasked with withstanding the full hydrostatic pressure across its entire surface, it requires maximum material integrity and strength. Manufactured from the elite nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy, UNS N06625 (Alloy 625), these flanges benefit from the alloy's signature properties: exceptionally high mechanical strength and outstanding resistance to corrosion. The strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium ensures the flange retains its integrity at high temperatures. Crucially, Inconel 625 provides near-immunity to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and superior defense against pitting and crevice corrosion in aggressive media like seawater and sour gas service. Zeron Fastners manufactures and supplies these essential isolation flanges in strict compliance with dimensional standards such as ASME B16.5 and the material specification ASTM B564 (for forging bar/billet).
