Nickel Alloys Inconel 625 Screws, Bolts & Fasteners

The Inconel 625 Screw is a premium, high-performance fastener forged from a non-magnetic nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy (UNS N06625 / Werkstoff Nr. 2.4856). The alloy's exceptional strength and toughness are primarily derived from the solid solution effects of molybdenum and niobium, which stiffen the alloy's matrix without requiring a precipitation hardening heat treatment (though some forms may be solution-annealed). These screws are engineered for critical applications where standard stainless steel fails, offering outstanding resistance to a broad range of corrosive media, particularly pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments like seawater. The high nickel content also ensures near-immunity to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC). Capable of retaining its integrity from cryogenic temperatures up to 982°C (1800°F), Inconel 625 screws are indispensable in industries such as aerospace, marine engineering (subsea equipment), chemical processing, and nuclear reactors. We manufacture and supply all types of Inconel 625 fasteners, including Hex Cap Screws, Socket Head Cap Screws, Machine Screws, and Stud Bolts, in compliance with international specifications like ASTM F2281 and ASME SB446.
